The installation is a circular fountain with a playful installation in its center, it is a composition of convex mirrors (as the traffic ones) that convey a zoomorphic figure which could be an octopus but also an alien or other fantastic being. From the “branches” or “arms” it has water running through a multitude of small nozzles. The mirrors are on rotating axes so people can see the moving reflection of the urban environment, of the social activities and of themselves as well which makes it interactive in a hypnotic visual way. The Fuente is compact and can be easily fit into a permanent location, transcending its temporary nature. Permanency is the best sustainability.

Corvin Cristian is an architect and designer who begun as production designer and art director for feature films before founding Corvin Cristian Studio, an award-winning design and architecture practice specialized in hospitality projects, office spaces and residential.
CCS activity spans across a variety of fields: architecture, interior design, product design, identity & graphic design and scenography featuring a special personal blend of eclecticism and irony.
The works of Corvin Cristian have been widely published in more than 40 international design specialized magazines and albums, from TeNeues and Braun publishing to Frame Magazine and Monocle.
Among the numerous international awards and nominations: The Architecture Master Prize, Frame Awards, Dezeen, Restaurant and Bar Design Awards, Architizer and national Architecture Annuals, to name but a few.
