2025 — 2026
Concéntrico is an urban innovation laboratory that explores new ways of thinking about and transforming the city through architecture, design and contemporary artistic practices. Since 2015, it has developed more than 180 interventions in Logroño, turning public space into a place for encounter, experimentation and shared learning.
Its twelfth edition, held from 18 to 23 June 2026, brought together international projects across squares, streets, gardens, riverbanks and vacant urban sites. Through three curatorial strands—Identity and Fiction, Urban Ecologies and Ephemeral Agents—the interventions addressed questions of climate, memory, territory, sound and contemporary forms of coexistence.
Concéntrico now continues its work beyond the festival. The Urban Climate Island is moving towards construction as the first permanent project to emerge from this ongoing research, while the book Urban Innovation Laboratory brings together ten years of interventions, reflections and lessons on public space.
