The exhibition brings together the winning and finalist projects from the international calls for entries opened in Concéntrico 08 for the design of the pavilion in Plaza Escuelas Trevijano and the interventions in Viña Lanciano + Quinta do Seixo and in calle Obispo Bustamante.

The projects were selected after several meetings that ended on 28 and 29 March in joint sessions at the Official College of Architects of La Rioja. The jury, formed by Iñaqui Carnicero, Marta Rincón, Iker Gil, Marta Vall-llossera, Amaya Cebrián, Mafalda Guedes, Ángel Carrero, Rebeca Castellano, Aurora León and Javier Peña, chose the three winning proposals and the finalists from among the 446 works submitted from 57 countries.
