The Esdir students represent their design philosophy in a temporary structure inspired by a seven-pointed star. This idea is born in the sense of numerology and the hidden message behind the number 7.

This number represents very accurate and quite famous astrological terms such as the union of the human being and the cosmos, the latter being understood in this case as the design.

It also represents the number of the architectural wonders that we can find in the world, the deadly sins, the days of Creation, the Arts, the days of the week, the musical modes, the seas, the metals, the sacraments, etc, etc… and the seven studies of Higher Design that are taught in the ESDIR.

In this proposed totem, we gather these relics of meanings around a single sculpture and group these metaphors in a single composition. Seven points by fourteen faces plus a canvas, ninety-nine.
