Concentrico Festival Exists 10 years and has saved textile from the installations from the past editions of the festival. To celebrate 10 years, Concentrico wants to repurpose these fabrics into something new.
PACKBAGS is a bag and accessory line aiming to visualize a perspective on overconsumption through playful design that encourages intentional consumption. The design system remains as rigid as it is brutally simple —100 modules, providing all you need to design anything you want to pack everything you want. From their Amsterdam studio, they craft high-quality, durable materials distributed worldwide.
‘Build your own bag’ workshop
During a 2-hour workshop, we will re-purpose 10 years of fabrics+ rope used at Concentrico Festival and turn them into a contemporary phone bag, a tote bag or a cross-body bag, so you can carry a small part of the history of Concentrico and the city of Logrono with you every day, while contributing to a circular economy.
– Suitable for all levels of experience (no sewing skills necessary)
– Materials, tools and patterns are provided.
– You can take your bag with you at the end of the workshop.
– Languages: Spanish and English

Alei founded in 2012 with the aim of visualising his perspective on overconsumption through playful design that encourages intentional consumption. The design system remains as rigid as it is brutally simple: 100 modules that provide everything you need to design whatever you want to pack whatever you want. From their Amsterdam studio, they manufacture high-quality, durable materials that are distributed all over the world.
She is a designer from the Netherlands and her work is characterised by questioning the lifespan of products through her construction method.
Alei studied fashion design at Artez in Arnhem before graduating in 2012 from the Royal College of Art in London with a master’s degree in textile design.
