The performance is located in the passage that connects Portales street with Marqués de San Nicolás street. This place, barely 4 meters wide, is confined between the seat of the Parliament of La Rioja and the Sala Amós Salvador. In it is located one of the vestiges of the industrial past of Logroño, the brick chimney of the old tobacco factory. The performance aims to change the character of passage of this “passage” in a stationary space where to stand, sit and look, both at present and in the past, putting the value of the memory of the place.

More than an object, it is about creating a place. A strategy is defined to colonize as much urban space as possible. Through the exploration of the game as a project tool, some basic rules are established to structure the performance, as if it were a children’s game. The 20 Garnica plywood boards are divided into four tables of 250x31cm. The boards are assembled with each other at their ends forming a continuous line that is braided, up, down… Its layout connects Portales and Marqués de San Nicolás street and creates architectural elements, porticos, banks, corridors, in short , places where, for a few days, it is possible to stop and observe the place with different eyes.
