Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda
Paseo de la Castellana, 67 – Nuevos Ministerios Gardens

Concéntrico 06 continues in Madrid with the itinerancy of three of its interventions -Arch Play, Banquín and Prismarium- to Paseo de la Castellana, in the Nuevos Ministerios area, thanks to the involvement of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda.

The exhibition of these three interventions in Madrid allows the Festival to broaden its reflection on the cities we have, the urban environments we want and brings to the Spanish capital a reflection on public space and the urban environment, on how these can be used and where our urban planning is going.

Banquín – Mecanismo. It presents a large rocking bench that offers us a dynamic and adaptable space in the city that favours new social relations thanks to its large size and movement.

Prismarium – Ignacio Hornillos and Javier Fernández. It is a crystallography of prisms that organize the space that hosts it and establishes an iconic relationship with the changing images of its perimeter. It configures different escapes and perspectives in a crossroads; it tries to focus the visions, introduce the light in a special way and offer tangent glances to the city that converge in a game of mirrors inside.

Arch Play – Silvia Bachetti and Agnese Casadio. Initially conceived to dialogue with the analogous arches of Muro de la Mata where she settled in Logroño, she travels to Madrid to present an oversized urban sofa in dialogue with the Arquerías de Nuevos Ministerios.
